How to Cook Honey and Turmeric

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 TBS Turmeric
- Mix the Turmeric into the honey with a spoon until it forms a thick paste.
- For each cup of hot water, tea or coffee, place a small amount of the paste in the bottom of a mug. Pour hot liquid into the mug, and stir to dissolve the paste. Both components must be mixed until a uniform mass is obtained . This mixture is stored in a well-closed glass.
The recommended dose
To alleviate the symptoms of flu and colds, take a 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture dissolved in hot water every hour. In the following days, take half a tablespoon every two hours. You may also take the mixture as a thick paste, without dissolving it any liquid.
